Purchased a large camera system from Safeco earlier this year for my company. Previously we didnt have any issues with them so we felt comfortable with them. My assistant had to fight with them every week for 2+ months to get them to come back and finish the install. The owner of the company tried to blame everything on my assistant which was very professional. Horrible service, horrible staff, horrible experience.
I bought a Safeco security alarm system in April and was told it was the only company to deal with locally. They were quick to sell me the system and sign paperwork for a year contract but told me that my system would be installed in a month! I had a situation that required security now, not a month from now. The women assured me that they would do everything to get me an earlier date. I was a customer for 6+ years and finally left because of their horrible service. The telephone operators are quite useless and rude. The final straw was when my alarm wouldnt stop ringing they told me someone would be there in the morning. 3 days later I called back and they promised me someone that day. No one ever showed, I called another local company and they were there in an hour. Safeco used to be the standard in alarms but they have clearly fallen in all areas of customer service.
100% professional staff, my family sleeps better knowing we are protected.
My son is currently stationed in Iraq and his pipes burst over the winter. If it wasnt for Safeco, there would have been thousands upon thousands of dollars in damages. Thanks to their responsiveness and professionalism the house was left virtually undamaged.
