The absolute worse Auto Insurance when it comes to their alleged “road side assistance.” They contract with garbage service providers who make no effort to try and locate you even when you give a detailed description of your location. I waited over 1.5 hours, stranded on the Katy Freeway HOV, and no one showed after two separate requests for service. I was given a quote via a "middleman" insurance company for safeco. Accepted because I like it. 2 months later a Safeco significantly raises my premium. They say because of an nearly 5 yr old auto vrs object accident that was on my record. The thing is, it was listed when they gave the original quote that I agreed too... now im stuck paying part of the raised premium. Dirty business practices safeco... Switched to allstate. Got the same coverage for less than the original quote safeco had given me.

I was involved in a bumper to bumper vehicular accident with one of Safeco's customer. Their customer hit my bumper. I provided all the proper documentation needed for the claim. Photos, Estimate and the customers policy number and they denied to help me fix my vehicle of over 2K in damages. The adjuster never responded to my emails even after they had denied to fix my vehicle when clearly it was their customer's fault. Safeco needs to pay for my damages now I am stuck with the bill when it was not my fault
