SafeCo has always treated me fairly and paid on my claims
I was in an accident nearly three weeks ago. I have been given the run around and the company has not accepted liability even though the other driver (who has also tried contacting them) has accepted fault and was cited at the scene. I have paid to have my car towed as it is not driveable and am in need of a vehicle, but the company has multiple agents contacting me who provide inconsistent details and place the blame on each other.
