Horrible experience no manager ever returns phone calls, or is on the floor to be bothered which is apparently in my opinion why the team makes so many mistakes being left unsupervised. Would not recommend.
This company is trash currently dealing with them and getting the runaround for my accident that happened in feb 18.2023. Which wasn’t my fault. I don’t recommend them at all they’re all some liars and need to be fired immediately.
absolutely horrible customer service. no response, no answers to any questions. a month passed my accident and still no payoff. i’ve had to pay my car payment on my new vehicle and my “totaled” vehicle and still cannot receive a phone call back for over a week. would 100000% not recommend.
