Norman was an absolute legend. The report that was provided by Norman was very detailed, with a LOT of photos provided and the details of each issue noted (with interpretations of the error code). It provided me the tools to negotiate further with the dealer as it contract was signed subject to a PPI. The booking of the PPI was extremely easy and all online; provided the details of the car and the dealership, paid the fee and advised the dealer of the date and time. Superb service. Would fully recommend! Sharif was my mechanic, he explained everything to me and even saved me money when I booked a re-inspection. I did some googling on SafeBuy before booking with them and they were rated very highly. This is why. The absolute most you can do to protect yourself before buying a car. The report was incredibly detailed, the phone call afterwards allows you to clarify things that non-mechanical minded people (such as myself) wouldn't understand. Norman inspected two cars for me, I bought one of them, he inspected the cars carefully, the reports he sent to me , have given me detail information about the cars

The booking process was simple and easy to arrange. The inspector turned up on time at the dealer. The inspector provided a very comprehensive report with over 150 photo and highlighted a number of things that needed pre-sale remediation, as well as a couple that I need to take care of over the next six months as preventative maintenance to extend the life of the vehicle. The verbal report was also comprehensive and gave me pointers on what to push the dealer to fix immediately.
