Very very uneducated and unprofessional in how they handle building situations and rental housing
In my experiance and opinion, discriminates, conspires, bias, judgemental, misuse power, implicit targeting, lies, invasion privacy and rights, intrusion, misappropriation facts. Not a very honest experiance with them n told me continue of harassment and all mentioned will follow.
This is who represents covert because of so I want nothing to do with them. This is beyond messed up. I've been told about 4 different things from different people and getting a hold of the inspector is beyond ridiculous!
Very poor communication!! Asked for a wednesday inspection, no phone call back to confirm. Inspector showed up a day early, to find out they only inspect tuesday and Thursday's in that area. Although they claim they did call me, and was still forced to pay reinspect fee because they came a day early. Sharon was rude and not willing to work with me for resolution. They deserve 0 stars! WHAT A JOKE! The office manager is RUDE and I am seeing building permits that NEVER should have been issued. They go against the local city and township codes!
