Owner made sure that everything waterproofed & i am really happy with the work. Highly recommended for slidding doors or windows.
The owner answered my call on a Sunday and came by to take measurements and give a quote the next morning even though it was Labor Day. Other team members came to install the window the next day and they were professional and courteous- even made a point to ask for a paper towel to clean off the floor after they were done. My window looks perfect and it was very fairly priced!
Recommended: Lots of communication, fast, same day service (the competition said 2-3 days lead time for argon-filled, insulated glass replacement), no nickel-and-dime pricing scheme. The price is the price, without upselling and “oh by the way you need this little part for 10 bucks and two of these other ones for 25 plus a tune up for $100…”.
