Financed a vehicle through them in 2023. Somehow they have lost my proof of insurance twice!! They have tried to charge me over $12,000 in insurance costs. They say you don’t have insurance and tack the cost onto your loan. I think they are doing this to a lot of people without them knowing about it. They got a nice little scam working for them. If you use them make sure you know what you owe so you can check and make sure they aren’t adding extra insurance onto your loan.
Abi Raj is a rockstar bank associate! She and her team are always friendly and proficient at their craft. As usual, Abi had me on my way with my banking taken care of in a matter of minutes. Even though I visit SafeAmerica Credit Union as an affiliate branch member, I am treated like a SafeAmerica VIP. Thank you again for all you do!
I wish I could give them 0 stars! All I can say is just avoid them. There are so many other credit unions in Banks out there that are much better and don't charge you a fee for every single thing.
They added an extra $300 to my payment and never spoke to me!
