They always have the friendliest and most welcoming staff especially Courtney Smith. She’s been so helpful to me and treats me like family. She has the biggest smile and always makes everyone in line feel welcome. There aren’t a lot of places I feel this level of positivity from but they truly do a wonderful job with customer experience Cheers!!
NuVision has taken over SafeAmerica credit Union. It has been a great experience with the transition and the merger and my teller Courtney is absolutely the best. She's always a breath of fresh air every time I come into the credit union.
Formally Known as Safe America Credit Union and since the merge with Nuvision has been a complete nightmare!!!!! I waited on hold for a total of 10 hours. Customer service is the worst and there online banking system is TRASH!!!!!!!!!! DONT GO WITH THIS CREDIT UNION!!! IF I COULD GIVE NO STARTS I WOULD CAUSE YOU SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!
