The technician, Eli was fantastic. I was locked out of my car with the onlybset of keys in the trunk and he responded right away and was able to open the trunk in minutes. Friendly, courteous and fast- couldn't ask forn better service.the price was reasonable for the service. Highy recommend.

I locked my keys in the car while it was running at 2:30 today. 3 locksmiths and 4 1/2 hours later, I thought i was going to have to break my glass to get in. We called Safeway, and Chantal was there in 20 mins. She made us a key, and programmed it within 15 mins. I wish I would've called her sooner!

Safeway lock and key provide prompt service. Technician Shantel responded to my location and resolved my issue quickly and efficiently. She was professional and friendly. Shantel answered all my questions and resolved the problem with my faculty key lobe. I highly recommend this service.
