Called Glenn at Safe-Way as my mom Nancy was having trouble with her main breaker. Turns out we were not turning the breaker on correctly. Glenn got us up and running in five minutes! Thanks so much Glenn for your help!

Glenn helped me with a power issue I was trying to fix by myself. He was patient and supportive enough walk me through a trick he knows concerning checking the fuse panel and breakers to quickly see what fuse was blown. Surprisingly there was NO blown fuse. So being the professional he is, recommended one more thing to check and it worked. Power to a single room was restored. His tricks are easy but solid.
