Safeway auto glass very professional, fast and quality work is what you can expect to receive with safeway Auto Glass. Something hit my windshield while driving on the freeway. I reached out to them and they came out quickly and replaced my windshield. Tony and the entire team did an exceptional job. You can see the sky's beautiful reflection in my new windshield. :-)
Someone vandalized my car. My insurance recommended this company. The worker left glass inside the hatchback of my minivan. I have a panel in my minivan that has a plug. He plugged it up and pressed the button. The machine came on and then he touched something on the machine and it turned off. He then said that the machine wasn't going to work. He also threw more glass into the hatchback as he worked. He said I needed to go to a carwash to remove the glass. He swept most of the glass from my broken window behind the vehicle ... read more
Windshield was place fine I hope. The next day i could not use my buttons on steering wheel and my sensors not working. They did not explain to us that we had to pay for the calibration and now we have to come out of pocket an extra 400 to pay dealership to do a reset. I will advise you to get more information befor you do any work with them. They all about just your money. In this situation i should of went with my insurance. I will never use them again.
Great experience. Our car was broken into Tuesday night and our insurance company recommended using Safe way to replace the window. At the time of our original claim we didn't notice that the thieves actually tried breaking the passenger door window too (unsuccessfully) before moving to the back window. Safe way came out to replace the smashed window and I let them know that we changed the claim to 2 windows (apparently the insurance company didn't tell them) and they were super nice about it.
