They came out and repaired my window the next day, but they kept calling my car a nissan versa instead of a toyota yaris. I kept correcting them, but even the paper work says nissan versa. My window does not roll down smoothly now. They broke my car door during the installation process, and they will not admit they broke it, even with my photo evidence. I reached out to them and they came out quickly and replaced my windshield. Tony and the entire team did an exceptional job. You can see the sky's beautiful reflection in my new windshield. :-)
Someone vandalized my car. My insurance recommended this company. The worker left glass inside the hatchback of my minivan. I have a panel in my minivan that has a plug. He plugged it up and pressed the button. The machine came on and then he touched something on the machine and it turned off. He then said that the machine wasn't going to work. Windshield was place fine I hope. The next day i could not use my buttons on steering wheel and my sensors not working. They did not explain to us that we had to pay for the calibration and now we have to come out of pocket an extra 400 to pay dealership to do a reset. I will advise you to get more information befor you do any work with them. They all about just your money. In this situation i should of went with my insurance. I will never use them again.
