I put in a claim with my insurance for a large crack in my windshield and got a call not even 5 minutes later from Safeway Auto Glass. They were very friendly and confirmed they could get a new windshield and replace it the next day. They called me first thing in the morning and confirmed they would be at my job in a few minutes. Great, fast service. Got back to me quickly and came to my location to replace the windshield with 24 hrs, and at a much better price than Safelite. Even promptly replaced the windshield a second time when there was an issue covered under warranty.
I had a wonderful expereince with Safeway Auto Glass. They called me right back, told me how to file a claim with my insurance for glass coverage and were at my house reparing my windshield 2 days later. Can't say enough great things about how easy dealing with them was. I originally contacted Safelite and they were beyond unhelpful. Wish I had called them first.
