My name is Kelly Delaigle. I am 75 years old, and have been in wheelchair for sometime. This company wants to know my opinion about their services. Safe Transportation is the company I use whenever I need rides to my doctor's appointments. I have used them for at least 6 times and it's been a very pleasant and helpful experience. They always charge me $80 one way for my trips each way from Evans to Welllstar each way in my wheelchair. I recommend them for good service, and gentleness.
The only time I use this company is when my regular transportation isn’t available but today will be my last day. On my way to my appointment I almost flew out of my wheelchair because he did not secure me properly in the vehicle this was strike one. Strike two, I contacted him at 4:01pm letting him know I am done with my appointment, he says he will be there in 30-40 minutes, okay that’s fine. I'm a full-time wheelchair user and found myself stranded in the Augusta airport when the car I'd rented with hand-controls wasn't available. Safe Transportation of Augusta showed up like 15 minutes later with a van and a ramp and totally saved the day! They drove me around for my entire stay. They were so friendly, totally reliable, and made my visit seamless and bright. Thank you!
