This company is very professional they are very kind and caring and I had a very excellent experience when I was picked up and brought home from my doctor's appointment I will be using them from now on for all my doctor's appointments they made sure I got home safe and even into my house this is a great Medical Transport company I wouldn't look any further I would definitely give them a call
Safe Transportation failed to pick me up under UHC for my surgery today, July 26, 2021. I missed my scheduled surgery that I have been waiting for 3 months. I had to reschedule in the next 2 weeks. Then ******* lied to ********* UHC that I cancelled my ride. My son is very upset. They should be investigated why they don't send their drivers on time for pickups for surgery appointments.
