Just want to say that the Safe Title Company SUCKS. On Sept. 29th we had to use them to close on our house sell. Before the closing when I saw what they were estimating the annual tax I told them it was WAY to HIGH. Our taxes run $1600 annually. They estimated our tax for 2017 over 9 months would be $2098.48. I complained twice and told the new owner it was way too high but they stood by their figures. The tax form came in and guess what...it was $1610.88. Our portion of that should have been $1208.16. I just had a closing with Julie at Safe Title. It was an extremely hard transaction to close, taking several days with multiple sellers. Not only did they get it closed, but she and Jennifer went out of her way to explain everything to the clients. We could not have done it without them! Thanks so much!
