I called last week to Joe Myers Toyota regarding a windshield replacement and was transferred to Felipe, who assisted me. I followed up with Felipe today about our call last week. From the start of the call, he was very professional and attentive to my needs. He remained courteous throughout the entire conversation and provided an excellent price for the replacement. Great job, Felipe—your customer service is truly appreciated.
