Robert did an amazing job today. He had a great positive attitude that made the encounter very welcoming. He didn’t just fix a crack on my windshield but he explained the process thoroughly!! Great guy and would recommend to everyone!!!!!

We selected Safe Tech to replace the windshield in our SUV. It was pretty easy to book the appointment and at a convenient location at Gullo Toyota in Conroe. What we didn't care for is that they called us the evening before the appointment to tell us there would be a $40 charge if we were more than 15 minutes late dropping the car off. That came across as a threat. And there would be a 3% charge for using a credit card. Those details should have been revealed when we were in the process of selecting them.
