Windshield accident this morning, called up to see if it can get taken care of and it did. Excellent customer service by David and very efficient! His dedication to his work and timely service is outstanding.
Simple, clean, quick. Drove in, Mr david took a look at the windshield, added my info to the system, waited in the clean office on the right, and he brings the car in with the chip repaired all in under 20 minutes. PS: Call in advanced if you're going on saturday. Came in 9 am last saturday but i was told they werent working that day.
World class experience with David. Seamless and white glove from scheduling, to intake and insurance processing, to the job itself. In and out in 30 minutes on a weekday morning.
Safe Tech is so professional and easy to work with. They thoroughly explained my options to replace my cracked windshield, OEE vs factory glass. Then for a nominal fee (in my opinion) they came to my home to replace it, even recalibrating my lane assist. I didn’t have to go through any hassle to get my windshield replaced. I definitely recommend Safe Tech and would call them again if needed.
