I have not recognized this place, I have been calling for months without any progress, they had an error in my W2 of 2021 that is recording almost 10 thousand dollars to the IRS and they simply do NOT answer, only once they answered and I know nothing more about them, the manager changes a lot of cell phone number 🤔, definitely NOT recommended if they do not want to go through this, a shipment of my bank account and my salary from the IRS.
Pésimo servicio no lo recomiendo .. Te quitan más de 700 por preparar taxes y dicen q IRS te quita fees siendo q IRS envían la cantidad ya establecida , no te dicen que te van a cobrar 400 por el servicio ponen su número de cuenta p depositarte y ellos Quedarse con una buena parte de $ .. Voy a seguir reclamando lo que me corresponde…
