Notre épinette de 18m de haut a vu 45% de son volume (tronc fourchu) tombé au sol jeudi 4/09 après un coup de vent . Safe-T-Tree a fourni un estimé vendredi 5 puis ont enlevé le 1/2 tronc de 15 m au sol lundi 8/09 .Ils ont ensuite fourni un 2ème estimé ( on devait avoir un permis de la vile) puis ils sont revenus le mardi 16/09 abattre ce qui restait (grimpeur avec ceinture et crampons) puis vendredi 19/09 enlever la souche. Travail professionnel à un prix raisonnable. On recommande sans hésitation.
I had a great experience with Safe T tree. It is not easy job to coordinate with tenants who take care the apartments as home. It took me a while to confirm the appointment by phones and email. But I got quick respose even after work hour and was given detail information about arriving time. Lisa as experienced coordinator with her patience made everything went smothly really appreciated!
