Although everyone I dealt with at this company was very nice they never installed my remote starter. They were suppose to come out 4 times to install it and never showed each time. They never called in advance to tell me they weren't coming they would just not show up and call the next day or several hours later and offer some excuse as to why they did not show. It's just very unprofessional to just not show up when you have an appointment.
