We stopped in today to enquire about storage options while we are moving house. Sam was working out of Westgate from his home branch in Papatoetoe and despite not knowing the facility well, he couldn't have been more professional and helpful. Googled for a decent place to store my house hold things and seen safe store westgate pop up, saw the reviews were great and rating was great, it's a little nerve wrecking trying to find a decent storage place where it's in a safe area and if storage was clean and both of these tick the boxes . Great storage unit for the cheapest price around. Clean facility, well ventilated, easy access, moving trolleys provided, safe and secure storage. Friendly staff, great communication. Made my first storage experience nice and easy :) Highly recommend.
Amazing customer service from Rick - listened to what I was looking for and gave me exactly what I needed. Facility looks brand new by the way. Just ended the lease and looked after by Rick again. Again very helpful and made everything effortless
