We used this storage facility for many years. They do a fantastic job with security and their prices are more affordable than other local facilities. They are very reasonable and responsive in answering any queries by phone or online. I would recommend them highly to anyone.
Exactly what we needed when transitioning between moves. Rented for 6 months. Price and location were perfect for us. Fast communication whenever we contacted contacted them. Thank you all so much!
Poor customer service. I gave 6 weeks notice to close it, they acknowledged that. I removed all my stuff, cleaned the unit, and was out on time, let them know and they acknowledge that, yet they continued to charge my account. They would not return my calls and even tried to charge me a late fee. Would not use again.
