Poor customer service. I gave 6 weeks notice to close it, they acknowledged that. I removed all my stuff, cleaned the unit, and was out on time, let them know and they acknowledge that, yet they continued to charge my account. They would not return my calls and even tried to charge me a late fee. Would not use again.
