Easy and pleasant move in. And facility was very clean.
My initial experience with safespace storage was favorable. But that was only during the time time when I rented the facility. Since that time, I had nothing but bad experiences with them. First I was told that I received an offer which would offer me 3 months 50% off. After the 1st month it went to the original amount which was double. Woman who worked there for petty over an argument over a service animal. Decided to do an illegal eviction told us we had to have our stuff out by end of day. Went in the next day with a trailer to take all of our property out and she changed the gate code and called the police to have us criminally trespassed. She wouldn't even tell us her name most likely because she knew she was wrong.
The Property Manager is wonderful. The lady knows her stuff & is very informative of the facility & help accommodate you with exactly what you need. A young girl was being very rude towards her, but if I may so myself she handled the situation better than I would! Definitely have to give credit when due, and she definitely deserves it. Wonderful experience, clean facility, great security features, and easy accessible!
