Dale and his brother did a very clean install and were pleasant. However, we had an issue with the app (still do) and following the installation requested additional cameras as an area of the house had no coverage. Dale responded to one phone call and walked me through a reset procedure, but the app is still buggy. He refuses to come out to install additional cameras, informing us that we had signed off on the cameras the day the work was completed.
