Our toilet mysteriously plugged over Christmas, and while we suspected our toddler, we briefly wondered if Krampus (or some other mischievous Scandinavian holiday creature) had paid us a visit. We've worked with Owen and the team at Safe and Sound over the last 14 years. Keep going back cause they're great - responsive, knowledgeable and great communicators. They've done everything from a full kitchen and bath remodel to responding to urgent, "water is filling my basement!!!!!" type calls and have always found the fix in a way that preserves quality and value. Can't say enough good things.
Owen and Tyler were wonderful! They installed our new bathroom sink beautifully and they were so wonderful, kind, respectful and were great and quick communicators. Would highly recommend working with them!

Had a fantastic experience working with Safe and Sound plumbing to replace two leaky hose bibs. From the start, Owen was very responsive and took time to fully understand the nature of our repair, and was able to offer transparent and competitive pricing. On the day of, the two plumbers who came out (Wilfred and Adrian) were friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative. We couldn't be happier with the repair, and would definitely work with Safe and Sound again in the future!
