Owen is a gem! He was referred to us from a trusted friend (a contractor) when our hot water tank sprung a leak. Called him on a Saturday and he came out the next day (a Sunday!!) and had it replaced in a few hours. Will definitely be using him in the future. Highly recommend.
Responsive, professional, thorough. Owen answered promptly when I called after a pipe ruptured in the cold, helped figure out where the shutoff was in our multiply-renovated older home, and came to find and fix the leak(s) We discovered multiple ruptures, and he fixed the critical ones to restore water to most of the home, and he came back just 2 days later to finalize.

Owen replaced our galvanized pipes and fixed up our faucets to get better water pressure. Everything was done quickly, professionally, and he was responsive and helpful at every step, all for a great price. Overall excellent experience!
