Claude is top-shelf! Originally, I bought a pair of custom earplugs during the YEG Motorcycle Expo early in 2025. Having installed a Cardo system on our helmets this past summer, I figured I'd "update" my molded earplugs now that the riding season has closed. He understood exactly what I was looking for. After calling around to practically every single hearing company and being told that there was over a week wait to get an appointment and then another 7-10 business days for custom earplugs to be ready, I found Safe & Sound Hearing Solutions. Claude took my call over a holiday weekend while away visiting family and made arrangements for me to meet him within 48 hours I think it was ( hard to recall exact details as it was in the fall of 2022). I was looking for some earplugs that I could wear when flying. Claude (the owner) told me that he could make me custom aviation earplugs like the ones that pilots use. I flew recently & they were FANTASTIC! I usually have issues equalizing the pressure in my ears when flying. But I had zero issues with these. They're well worth the investment.
