They were all very friendly, professional and went out of their way making sure to answer all of our questions and concerns, explaining in terms that I could understand and relate to! Safe Slide has been doing work for our waterpark for the last 5 years. Their people are very good people that you do not mind having around your guests. They do an excellent job and have been very willing to spend the time to coach us how to maintain our slides. In the past they have come for chip and seam repairs. This past year they polished and waxed our slides. I am very pleased with the product but also because of my history with them I fully expected them to do as excellent of a job as what they did.
