The head guy Ivan was very rude and left behind many items that were on the list we provided. When I would tell him “don’t forget _____ he seemed annoyed. I did not like his attitude when we called him back after he left when several large items were not packed. He screamed at me over the phone. I know that Safe Ship contracts out and this is the case in our situation. The movers had a different name but were hired by Safe Ship. I would not recommend this company.

Wish I could give them zero stars. Customer service is trash. Hours of waiting to talk to someone when the trash 3PL they used didn’t show. Still nothing from them spent more than 3 hours of wasted time trying to contact customer service. Emails, calls etc still no response. Contacted the 3PL they hired to move and got nowhere after looking up 3PL found out they had a 1 star review. Cole Booher my customer service rep is also trash and becomes impossible to get ahold of! I don't even know where to start with this, so I'll start in the beginning. From the beginning it was shady. The three guys showed up at my house in Pennsylvania and they were fine, but then they broke my utility light in the basement (see picture) and werent' even going to tell me. The tossed boxes around.
