If you old give this company a negative review I would. They tell you they will give you anotice with a 2 day window. At 430 pm 2 nights BEFORE the date I was given I'm told no they will be here at 10 TOMORROW!!!! THANKSGIVING DAY... Customer service just repeated. "You signed a contract" yes I did...for a 2 day window...not a last minute we are coming

Didn't end up going with them because decide to do the move, Raul was super nice and polite didn't like they didn't mention about the 15% fee because of the cancellation, they just mention about 48h money back but also mention 15% in the end of the line, the reason I am giving 5 start is because they where very nice and polite really appreciate there work wish they had better rate and also knew how to get objection... overall great...
