I took a package to mail to WV. I said that I want to ship it the cheapest possible way. It did not weigh but 3 lbs. I was told that it will cost $33 Fed Ex or $24 by the USPS. I had already been to the Post Office, which wanted $12.90 ground or $13.95 for Priority shipping. So that means that Safe Ship was charging almost double the actual cost to ship. This will make me think twice before ever going there again. Obviously I went back to the USPS.
It has been some time since I've been treated so poorly by someone in customer service. You will never continue to receive business with that poor of customer service! I will make it know to all my area friends to never use this store.
