Store Manager Paula is very rude and does not know how to talk to customers
I strongly regret booking with Safe Self Storage. I cancelled my reservation the same day it was booked and never moved into the unit. Despite this, the facility activated the rental anyway and later claimed it had been active for several days. Because of that, they refused to refund the admin fee. The biggest issue is that I never signed a contract and never used the storage unit. The store manager, Paula, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She refused to help with my refund and spoke in a condescending tone. Completely unacceptable customer service—Safe Self Storage needs to address this immediately.
