So glad I found this company. In March we were given 2 days notice that telework was ending which left me panicking to find suitable after school arrangements for my daughter. I was blessed to find Safe n Secure, from the beginning they were understanding, professional, patient and affordable. They were able to step in immediately and transport my daughter from school to home. I would definitely recommend and honestly don’t know what I wouldve done if I didn’t find them.
The quote I just received for 2 days of service just blew my mind. So much for servicing our community with outrageous prices like that. Terrible....... Update: I just received a phone call at almost 9pm from this company with a gentleman stating that it was a misunderstanding with the original quote. I assumed from his words that we could do a different quote because of the price error. My family has been using this transportation serv since the beginning of the year and it’s been a breeze. I love the driver that transports my kids back and forth to school but the owners are not well liked. I spoke to two other parents who also had problems with the owners. I will be removing my children from this service for the lack of communication with them unless it’s a surprise fee. God bless
They drive crazy in om cut me off i wouldnt let my kids ride in the vans
If asked would I use this company again,my answer would be absolutely. My experience with the owner and drivers was a A+.This past school year was the first year that my son ever needed transportation services so naturally I was worried about finding the right company to entrust with my son.Mr.Shaun and his staff was phenomenal. Anytime there were changes,they accommodated me as best as they could,even on last minute notice they worked around the schedule to make it happen. If you need services,this is the company to go to.
