Safe Seal completed a waterproofing job on my basement in Chicago and I have been impressed throughout the entire process. On the front end, Jason was transparent on the job requirements, timeline, and costs and was great to communicate with. I would not recommend this company to anyone! We tried to use them for an issue with our foundation and they were the only company that had a time slot available. Well now I know why they are available because they're not good!
Treated me in a very unprofessional manner, came see my crawl space and told me to anticipate the quote the next day. I never received the quote, even after following up twice! Just wasted my time.
I have a new neighbor that is a part of this company. Since they have moved in I have had their work Truck parked in front of my house every day. My new alarm clock is the sound of his work Truck backing up every morning. This company obviously subcontracts to anyone willing to do the work. The sooner this company is put out of business the better, I'd like to be able to sleep in again....
