The young man who assisted me was very professional and polite. He assisted w/o rushing even though it was well after my appointment time and they were closing.
The location was a bit difficult to find. The young man had his hands full, as he administered lab tests, as well as performing the fingerprinting. He was right on time and very personable, and explained everything he did.
Super quick to get an appointment and no wait when I got there!
