I was misinformed on the services safe scan providers and was lead to believe I could get files with my fingerprints directly sent to me. After a week of no files being sent to me I had to call safe scan and see what was going on. They then told me they don’t provide the service I was needing after….. I asked if I could possible get a refund and was told I can’t. I feel robbed and upset that the employee gave false information to paying customers.
