Excellent! It’s not just a name, these guys are actually safe and responsible (I would add friendly, cost-effective, fast, and efficient.). The entire process was smooth and well-thought out. They gave us moving tips, and told us how to get moving parking space permits (and offered to do that for us if we wanted them to). It was the smoothest move I’ve ever had. I highly recommend these guys.

Safe Responsible Movers of Boston is by far the best moving company, I have ever experienced myself and through my friends and family. The owner Chris Amari, his manager, James and his the three lovely gentlemen that moved me were unbelievable. They arrived early. They were fast. They were efficient. After my move, we discovered my bed frame was tilted and not totally stable. The owner of safe responsible movers came out within an hour of us calling on a Friday afternoon, spent thirty minutes stabilizing it, and is ordering the replacement parts from the Article website 😭 never experienced such great customer service. Will be using these movers exclusively in the future. 11/10

Movers showed up slightly early but called in advance to let me know. No big deal. Three movers worked hard and quickly. My move was fairly simple, already packed in a storage unit to an apartment. Move time went slightly under what was expected. Final price was the low end of the quoted price. Positive experience and would recommend. Communication with company prior to move was prompt. Moving is stressful and they certainly helped to reduce that stress.

This was my second move with SRM (first was Worcester -> Boston, this one was Boston -> Somerville) and would absolutely hire them again for my next move. The teams are always a joy to work with, they're incredibly fast (about 2.25 hours for my first floor 1 bedroom into a 2nd and 3rd floor apartment with a tricky staircase; my roommate went from a 4th floor apartment with a long hallway to the elevator into the same tricky staircase unit as me and it was around 3 hours).
