Safe & Reliable is the last name this company should have. The owner called 45 min prior to the bride walking down the aisle to let us know they did not have the bus that was secured 6 months ago anymore. Not only were they UNreliable but their driver was the furthest thing from safe. We almost hit two different vehicles and he slammed on the breaks too many times to count. No call, no show on scheduled ride. Made complaint with caresource insurance. They stated they showed up and called me several times. I'm sending a screenshot of my phone calls. I also have security cameras to prove they never arrived.

We got a party bus for my fiancés 30th birthday and everyone was so accommodating and helpful with answering all of our questions. The driver was on time and treated us great. Will definitely be coming back.
