I have used Safe & Reliable Limo twice and both times I had an amazing experience! The drivers were extremely friendly and always on time. The buses were really nice and clean as well. We had a lot of fun. I highly recommend Safe & Reliable Limo to anyone in need of a transportation services!
Al again went above & beyond to make my birthday celebration special! JD showed up on time, was courteous & the sprinter was clean. I rented their 42 passenger bus for my wedding day. Booked it over a year in advance. They call me the night before my wedding at 6pm, while I’m at my rehearsal and tell me that the bus I rented hasn’t been working since MONDAY. They gave me absolutely no notice. They gave me a smaller bus where some people who originally planned to ride, got told that there wasn’t room anymore for them. They gave a little refund for the incident. Ill start by saying we have used this service before so we didn't go in blindly. They have done well in the past. I secured transportation for my family a week prior to a trip and paid in full with contracts drawn. The morning of transportation the driver never showed up and we were left to find alt.
