No call, no show on scheduled ride. Made complaint with caresource insurance. They stated they showed up and called me several times. I'm sending a screenshot of my phone calls. I also have security cameras to prove they never arrived.
We got a party bus for my fiancés 30th birthday and everyone was so accommodating and helpful with answering all of our questions. The driver was on time and treated us great. Will definitely be coming back.
I will never use this company again. A couple of days after using them for a holiday light tour, I received a phone call stating they were trying to charge us for damage to a chair that did not occur while we had the bus. We had two families on the bus and we noticed the damage to the chair when we got on the bus. They tried to say someone picked at the finish of the arm of the chair and damaged it. Make sure you note any damage you see so that they can not try to charge you for something you did not do.
