I strongly recommend reading the reviews before considering employment with this company. My partner was recently let go despite consistently meeting the required hours. They expect staff to be available 24/7 for 70 hours a week but only provide the weekly roster at the start of the week. This organization prioritizes profit over employee well-being. All poor reviews are 100% accurate. Appalling conditions and they are just in it to make money. Zero regard for staff. Do yourself a favour and avoid like the plague! Staff turnover is horrendous because you are told one thing but the reality is the compete opposite.
Don’t bother, they say 24 hour shifts then your roster changes without them asking to 30 hour shifts then they go even worse by adding 36 hour shifts without asking.
Do yourself a favour - please do not work here. I have had on-going issues since October 2021 where I was not paid for a week due to their administrative error and then paid less for another week again due to their administrative error. Emails to the Finance Dept whilst employed were ignored and emails to them now asking for a resolution to my missing wages continue to be ignored. Pathetic support for staff.
