Wow! What a difference! Jon was out to our place a month ago, to take care of our outdoor spider issue. Our house was so covered in cobwebs, it was impossible to keep up. Jon not only sprayed, but he knocked down ALL the cobwebs!! Truly above and beyond!! Today we had him back out to spray our yard for mosquitoes/bugs as we are having a wedding here. Prompt, courteous, professional and the price is inline with other companies and worth every penny!!! Highly recommend!!!
This company has serviced my home for over 3 years, the knowledge the owner has passed to my wife and I, is something you don’t find anymore. This company uses the best products available, beats the “standard” pest control services with there integrity and know-how BY FAR! The services they provide are professional, and show great results. 100% use this company for anything pest related INCLUDING FLIES AND MOSQUITOES! These guys are the real deal!
Not professional. Do not recommend. Used them for 3 years. Required retreatment. Poor documentation. They told me for 3 years that rodents and roaches are attracted to rotten fruit from my neighbors unkept yard and i ask them to put it in writing and all the sudden cowardly, unprofessional and took them 2.5 months to refuse to put a pen where their mouth is. Do not use.
Safe Pest Control goes above and beyond for their customers. Everyone I’ve talked to is incredibly knowledgeable and kind.
Used their service for a number of years in 2 locations, since the change of ownership last year, their customer service has fallen off a cliff compared to what it had been. They raised their prices 26% without any prior notification, getting double billed, service issues, very poor communication in trying to get issues resolved, and when we thought the issues were resolved the same issues would happen again the next service and/or billing. Finally, had enough and went with another pest control company.
