The fact that the ATM is always broke, and the fact that they are celebrating Juneteenth...... seriously thinking of switching banks
The drive thru is always quick and the girls that work it are wonderful and friendly
ALWAYS ALWAYS broken. it’s such a tiny town, the least that this SPECIFIC safe 1 credit union can do is become a better financial institution!! ATM is always down, always over-eating customers money. This bank needs to seriously be better. Imagine if Safe One Credit Union’s corporate office knew how Porterville, California runs one of their institutions. I had the worst customer service experience. The teller was rude, and it was evident from her demeanor. The other customer service representative at the table was also unfriendly, which made me feel intimidated to ask questions. Overall, it was the worst customer service I've ever encountered, and I wouldn't recommend visiting that place.
I have an acount with safe1 and they declined my car refinance. Its useless being part of this credit union. Won't suggest being part of this credit union. Don't make thesame mistake. Customer service sucks!
