I have been a member of this banking institution for well over 20 years. However I will be taking my money else where. They are not as good as they use to be. Managerial changes and staff changes have lead to inconsistencies. I asked 3 different times over a 3 year span to have a person's account removed from my options of transfer in the app. The person has been deceased for over 3 years and still they fail to remove it despite that account has been closed.
