Truly the worst place, I had an appointment at 3:15pm was told to show up 30 min before my appointment. I came to my appointment at 2:45pm and it’s now 5:15Pm over 2 hours now and still waiting and I have yet to be seen by the doctor. They are over booking appointment for the doctors. Truly what is the point of an appointment here, thankfully I’m only here for lab results and won’t be returning.
Front desk is very rude but All the doctors behavior is excellent
Rude or incompetent customer service, Long time on hold, Request to repeat the same story again and again . One of the Employee from dr uddin office her name is Nur Zahan . She refused to give me her name , very unprofessional . Needs to improve that , patient wait long period of time to see the doctor they do not care about the patient . Last weeks my appointment was at 11:00 am morning dr see me 1:30 pm. Please please stay way from this place.
