STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! My mother had surgery. Booked an appointment and they never showed up. I WILL file a report with HCS/CPUC/LADOT. This company put patient lives at risk. DO NOT USE
If I could rate -100, I would! I am filing complaints with every agency I need to. The way the owner, dispatcher or whomever he was, berated me, my dads surgeon, and his drivers was beyond horrific!! I have instructed my dads facility to do what they have to do to insure this company NEVER transports my dad anywhere. They are contacting Molina to make sure this happens and filing a grievance.
Definitely the company to go to. I’ve been using this company for almost a year but didn’t write review until I was sure this company is the one!!!! Recommend
My Grandma is very hard to deal with but I’m very surprised that she likes SAFE MED TRANZ, she’s very happy with them and after switching few transportation company finally she happy with this one !!!! Thank you
