I’m still in awe of how phenomenal this place is! Called at 8:15am this morning inquiring on price and if it was by appointment or FCFS. Salvador told me the price range ($60 being the highest) and said they were available at the moment. Got there, got to stay in my car the whole time, they used the oil filter and drain plug I had bought beforehand! These guys know their job, do their job, and don't strong arm upsales. If you're used to dealers who pad their time (15 minutes is an hour - right?), or the "iffy" lube boys who want to sell you the shop because you stopped in; you're in for a great experience. Oil changes are fast and efficient even at peak times, smog checks are hassell free, and I have always recieved my DMV tags within a week. Very efficient and professional. They know what they are doing and know what my car really needs. They do not try to upsell or hassle any money out of you. I will definitely be back.
