I was in urgent need of a broken part replacement for my existing stairlift. The company I purchased the stairlift from just 6 months ago was no help at all. I contacted Chris with Safe Living Solutions and his wealth of experience and concern, promptly contacted the manufacturer and the 3 of us identified the needed part and it's being shipped to me. We contacted Safe Living Solutions about a ramp and stairlift for our Mom. They came out and provided us with options and provided alternatives that were best for our Mom and our budget. Once we accepted the quote, the work was completed on time and within budget. We will use Safe Living Solutions again, if needed.
This place is a scam. Full of lies and horrible work ethics. Water damage everywhere because they didn't do the correct thing and caulk between the floor and the shower. I personally asked the installer of he caulked sind the show because it would cause issues if he didn't. He promised he did... he didn't. Now i have to tear up my new floor and replace it myself. Horrible customer service. Even worse quality of work. Zero stars.. Instead of my daughter with cerebral palsy receiving help. We are more in debt.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. These are the most incompetent and unprofessional people you could ever work with, it has been months since they started and it’s impossible to reach anyone from the company. The work/skill of the company is the absolute worst you can get (pictures below) we are supposed to have a remodeling of my sisters bathroom and a lift in her room and at this point we would rather hire a raccoon to come do the work. If I could leave a zero rating I would. This company is horrible. I would not recommend this Safe Living Solutions to anyone. My daughter with cerebral palsy has one bathroom she can access. Safe Living Solutions left her without a bathroom for 3 months now. Everything they have installed is falling apart and its only been 3 months. The bathroom is still incomplete. No mirror, no light, flooring coming up, missing baseboard, missing shoe mold, incomplete paint, wrong toilet... the list goes on. I have reached out to Vern Mar... read more
