I had the owner Greg Ruybal come to my home in June to do a system take over(meaning we had an existing security system that he just had to set up to be monitored by his company). He came unprepared to install a back up battery and check that our system was properly set up to be monitored. He said he forgot his tools; however, he made sure he had all the paperwork for me to sign a contract and take my deposit for set up and instalation.
