Portable confidence boost for my family
The Safe-Life button is a simple and great design, just took a bit of time to set up. Once my mother agreed to use it, she managed it easily (taking it off to recharge and putting it back on). The team at Safe-Life were very responsive and supportive at all stages and with all questions, by phone and email. Thank you!
THE SALES TEAM RESPONDED TO MY EMAIL AFTER I MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER AND THEY RECTIFIED IT IMMEDIATELY.
We found the product very good it the beginning but when the battery went flat and we returned the product they stated there was nothing wrong with the product when they tested it. They sent it back not fixed and the cord that hangs around your neck was not connected to the device very disappointed in how the team from sales to the people that fix faulty products there comucation skills were very poor very helpful when you buy the product but if anything goes wrong they don't want anything to do with you would not advise any... read more
