If i could give this company 0 stars I would. Be very careful doing business with them. They are careless and unethical. A family member had their sale proceeds held illegally by this title company because the company did not do their due diligence. My family member had to get a lawyer and when the lawyer finally pointed out the company's mistake and told them it was illegal to hold funds, they had no other choice but to pay my family member.
Take the time to review the itemization: they charge me overnight services and my attorney was in the same building!!!! Who knows what else I was overcharged for...
