This place and the owner himself are a total nightmare. Promised us a refund and never sent one. We couldn't get access to our storage for months because of an online issue with his website. Contacted him though multiple avenues and same old story with a new excuse. The place smells moldy and dirty. The guy is full of excuses and can't keep track of the never-ending stories.

After placing my antiques and electronic equipment in storage for a year thinking they would be safe from moisture and temperature fluctuations I discovered they were covered with mold. I shared photos with the owner and explained my findings in a very neutral way without asking for anything in return. I got the exact response I expected……..NOTHING! ***EDIT*** I had issues with the facility but Managment was very understanding of the issues and willing to help. Thankful for there help. I stored my belongings in the storage unit for a little over 6 months. I recently moved my things out of my storage unit. My recliner, new sectional, and box springs were covered in mildew. I tried contacting the owners with no response. It states the units are temp controlled so you would thinks your things would stay safe. I wouldn’t store anything of value at this facility.
