These guys may be friendly, and customer service is responsive, BUT I would warn against using them for safety and compliance reasons. I'm still waiting on compliance certificates for a split system installed in November 2024, despite multiple emails and phone calls. But the bigger issue is a legal/safety one. SAFETY CONCERNS: Safe House installed an AC for me that has leaked all its gas *twice* now. After the first leak, Safe House re-gassed the unit, saying no leak was found in their installation works. It was a pleasure dealing with the crew at Safe House. I engaged them to do some electrical and plumbing renewal works at my home and they didn't disappoint. The quoting process was efficient, and while there was some too-ing and fro-ing, all stakeholders were on the same page resulting in little disruption to my working and personal life once the works were in progress. Boys were fast and did the job well, system works perfectly and they stuck to quote price. Really happy with their service
Had a very good support from all the team, from Cade to all the tradies who came out on site. they all assisted me very well. Thank very much for helping me out cade both from payment options and with the difficult logistics of the job work was done with no issues with what i have seen, guys on site are very polite and know what they are doing for sure :) regards Justin
