Safe house were very helpful when I called them looking for a heat pump water heater to replace an old water heater. The office were very helpful in explaining the options and what govt rebates were available. Delivery and installation were arranged quickly and the installers were quick and efficient in getting the old unit out and the new in and up and running. Only slight negative was they arrived a little later than planned. Overall great service.
These guys may be friendly, and customer service is responsive, BUT I would warn against using them for safety and compliance reasons. I'm still waiting on compliance certificates for a split system installed in November 2024, despite multiple emails and phone calls. But the bigger issue is a legal/safety one. SAFETY CONCERNS: Safe House installed an AC for me that has leaked all its gas *twice* now. After the first leak, Safe House re-gassed the unit, saying no leak was found in their installation works. It was a pleasure dealing with the crew at Safe House. I engaged them to do some electrical and plumbing renewal works at my home and they didn't disappoint. The quoting process was efficient, and while there was some too-ing and fro-ing, all stakeholders were on the same page resulting in little disruption to my working and personal life once the works were in progress.
