When I scheduled the appointment, I was quoted $199 for a whole-house air duct cleaning, and I was clearly told this included dryer vent cleaning. This was a promotional offer for returning customers, which is why I went ahead and booked. However, when the technician arrived, I was told that dryer vent cleaning would cost an additional $144. We needed our dryer vent cleaned quickly before a repair guy came out. I was impressed how quickly this service got back to me, how quickly they arrived and what a great job they did cleaning our dryer vent and disposing of the mess so thoroughly. Avoid this company at all costs. They don't follow Maryland's health standards. We hired them to clean our entire home’s duct system, but they only cleaned the entrances of each vent and claimed the job was complete. After their service, we found mold and a thick layer of dust still inside, exposing my wife throughout her pregnancy and our newborn in their first days to unsafe air. The service was incredibly thorough, efficient and professional. Ikey was the technician helping and he was outstanding! I highly recommend using this company and technician for your dryer and vent cleaning. Ikey did a superb job and I'll be using this company again in the future!
Thank you for the great customer service and quick response. We didn't get the call/text 30 minutes before the technician arrival but we were home when he came.
